APPLICATION
The operator installs on the cylindrical axis 3, 4 or 6 connecting rods. He launches the cycle, using the start button. The connecting rods are automatically fastened thanks to air cylinders, 7 sensors automatically determine the type, the thickness and the number of connecting rods. The Z axis and the marking head comes into position and marks incremented serial numbers. The "n" connecting rods located on the 1st area. Then, the air cylinder rotates the assembly parts + fastening device on the cylindrical axis and the numbering of the "n" connecting rods is conducted in decremented order onto the 2nd marking area. The entire system comes back into its starting position and the operator can remove the connecting rods.


CONFIGURATION
- Welded frame with : a cylindrical axis supporting the connecting rods, 2 linear fastening devices with air cylinders, 1 air cylinder in charge of rotating the connecting rods into both marking positions and one pneumatic Z axis to move the marking head.
- One indent dot marking head - 240 X 80 mm window
- Pneumatic cabinet
- One cabinet and its PLC as well as a control console
- A C98 marking controller
- A safety device with : a screen on 3 sides + on the top
- Light curtain on the front side
