APPLICATION
Identification of 2.5 mm thick mill sheet cradles
Marking system integrated into a production line and connected to a PLC.. The part is brought and deposited by a robot into the marking station. The host PLC launches the closing of the cabinet, the fastening of the part and the information "Part present", thus giving the controller the order to launch the marking. At the end of the marking cycle, the cabinet opens and the robot takes the cradle back.


CONFIGURATION
- Standard machine I 80. + E4 controller
- Noise deadening cabinet
- 2 integrated air cylinders with locking device to increase safety during maintenance operations
- Pneumatic cabinet (4 distributors - regulators, lubrication and filters)
