Laser marking stations
Our laser applications are designed according customer's requirements. Our fiber laser i 103 l-g is very compact, has a powerful source, and robust components to fit with all working conditions. SIC Marking team is used to manage complex traceability projects where the marking operation represents an essential step in the process. Mainly, the integrated solutions require custom software, and require our internal specialists to set up and integrate the solution.
Dot peen marking stations
Our customers have to implement marking area in the manufacturing process. Integration could be done directly by the internal engineers or by an integrator. Our team in fully dedicated to the project respecting the customer's way of working and each member is focused on a topic.
The integrated range, with the e8 i52, e8 i81 and e8 i141 covers almost all needs in terms of marking.
Scribing marking stations (for instance for VIN systems)
Scribing range is based on 2 products : e8 i61s and e8 i113 s. These machines can be integrated easily into manufacturing plants, because of their size and their ability to communicate with PLC's. SIC Marking is also a world leader in designing VIN systems.
