Laser marking for agricultural & construction equipment

The customer required a laser device able to mark black anodized aluminum name plates which have a 120x40 mm dimension, 0.5 mm thickness and 0.8 mm adhesive side.
High quality marking and speed were key decision parameters.

• MARKING SOLUTION :

i103 l-g 20W fiber integrated laser with framework. A box beam contains a tag feeder for marking a series of plates.

• ADVANTAGES :

The Autoloader is designed to receive preloaded cartridges to minimize machine downtime.
The Z axis is equipped with a digital counter for accuracy.
Secured enclosure with a light sealed door and two D4GL 1EFGA key lockout system.
