Parts to be marked : steel pipes diameter 500mm to 1400mm, chamfer’s angle from 0 to 50°

Marking station with balancer. Two marking locations with clamping : only one marking machine
Technology :

- portable dot peen marking machine p122 (large marking window 120x25mm)
- adjustable angle positioning for chamfer marking (0 to 50°)
- pneumatic clamping system (bimanual control with handles)
- adjustable frame including control panel

- Positioning of the mechanical tool on the pipe
- Clamping system inside the pipe launched by bimanual command
- Positioning of the portable unit
