In order to answer the market, some applications require a dedicated marking solution to engrave several marks on a large part. Our technicians can quickly develop a new product based on a standard one. Controllers are standard even if it require some change in the parameters. New mechanical components are necessary, such as axis, motors, ball bearings, chassis...

Custom clamping system on portable products
SIC Marking has developed several option to optimize the marking guns. Clamping systems are often used to help the user to maintain correctly the gun on the part, specifically when the job is done all day. We can adapt the front end according to surface the gun is supposed to be clamped.

Add of automatic tag feeder
When marking is done alongside or outside the production line, some customers prefer to create a station to mark labels. Then, they fix them on the product. For these applications, the e8 c153 equipped with an automatic tag feeder.

Creation of rotating marking head on column products
Some applications require a flexible marking machine, able to mark parts on the workbench, and also to mark bigger parts (1 meter high).
These parts are on the ground and the marking head, fixed on the column, can rotate 180°.
