C151Z-A marks all types of materials, from plastic to hardened steel (up to 62 Hrc), using a solenoid actuated stylus and a large 160 x 100 mm marking window. The marking head contains an integrated autosensor which locates the part and accurately positions the stylus at a constant and perfect distance to mark. The cast-iron base and its worm gear and rail guidance system make it a sturdy and reliable machine for industrial use. The C151-ZA’s digitally controlled Z axis allows the marking of a part on several levels. Simplified mechanical adjustments and programming make it easy to use. This machine has been specifically designed for the aerospace industry, and is now widely used in many other industries.

Electronic technical features
The e8 controller incorporates a sealed membrane QWERTY keyboard and a 115 x 65 mm backlit LCD view screen to provide the operator a direct and easy to use interface. A fully enclosed steel cabinet protects the internal components from water, dust, and debris. The comprehensive software package allows for linear, angular, radial and mirror image marking. An optional 3rd axis circuit board can be installed to control a motorized column or rotary axis. Self diagnostic and machine history functions are also included. The e8 is ideal for stand alone marking stations. Marking files can be entered or edited directly with the user friendly controller interface.
