In the range of standalone marking stations, this column mounted unit is perfect for any type of material, from plastic to hardened steel up to 62 Hrc. With its extreme accuracy, speed and robustness, the C153 is the perfect machine for all types of dot peen marking. Its integrated counter, the 160x100 mm marking window and the LED lighting make it a reliable, accurate and adaptable product. Electromagnetic marking technology works with parts of various shapes and surface conditions (flat surfaces, concave, convex, circular, raw material ...) and only requires one source of energy.

Electronic technical features
The e8 controller incorporates a sealed membrane QWERTY keyboard and a 115 x 65 mm backlit LCD view screen to provide the operator a direct and easy to use interface. A fully enclosed steel cabinet protects the internal components from water, dust, and debris. The comprehensive software package allows for linear, angular, radial and mirror image marking. An optional 3rd axis circuit board can be installed to control a motorized column or rotary axis. Self diagnostic and machine history functions are also included. The e8 is ideal for stand alone marking stations. Marking files can be entered or edited directly with the user friendly controller interface.
