INDENT DOT MARKING |

| This process guarantees a permanent and reliable marking directly into the material. The marking (text, logo, data matrix code) is defined by a succession of dots resulting from the oscillation of a tungsten carbide pin mounted into an electromagnetic stylus assembly. The movements of the stylus are generated by stepping motors and powered by an electronic controller. |

SCRIBING |

| This process guarantees a reliable and permanent marking directly into the material. The marking , the text or the logo is produced by the scribing of a stylus mounted onto a pneumatic integrated air cylinder. The movements of the stylus are generated by a X-Y table and powered by an independent electronic controller. |

LASER |

Based on the technology of Fibre Laser (Pulsed Fibre Laser), the laser source lifetime is up to ten times longer than Yag laser source. Fiber laser marking systems are thus very economic.
Without any mechanical contact, SIC Marking lasers mark on all types of materials, especially on the hardest such as carbides, treated and ceramic steels. Laser marking is precise, permanent and offers high quality mark with excellent contrast and extreme low noise process.
