• Applications
The e8-i111S scribe marking machine can mark all types of materials, from plastic to hardened steel up to 62 Hrc. The scribing technology produces high quality characters and logos with continuous line style. Noise level operations are extremely low. Deep marking can be achieved (up to 0.7 mm / 0.03”).
Scribing is produced by the continuous motion of a diamond or tungsten carbide stylus pin mounted within a pneumatic cylinder.
The e8-i111S scribing system is robust and reliable. It is designed with 2 guiding rails on each axis and twin sliding blocks. It is perfectly suited for heavy industrial environment. Stainless steel shutters protect its internal components.
