Micro-percussion marking machine P-63, deep marking gun

The P63 is a dot peen marking gun designed to mark all types of industrial parts. This portable marking machine is suitable for the identification and traceability of heavy and bulky parts and can mark all types of materials.

The P63 features a cast aluminum body and a stainless steel front module, making it extremely robust.

Fast and powerful, the P63 marking gun delivers consistent marking quality and precision.

Thanks to its tungsten carbide stylus, which deforms the material, the P63 can produce permanent marks in various formats, including alphanumeric text, logos, 2D DataMatrix codes, and QR codes.

The P63 marking gun comes with a standalone E10 controller offering a wide range of programming options. Marking files can be transferred via the USB port built into the controller.

The software is easy to operate using a color screen and an industrial keyboard protected by a plastic membrane.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The column base transforms the portable marking machine into a stable, stationary workstation, allowing for precise positioning and easy height adjustment depending on the part. Ideal for repetitive series or small parts, it offers stability, quality, and consistency in marking while retaining the versatility of the P63.

The magnetic front panel includes two electromagnets for support assistance. These are attached to the front of the marking gun and clamp it on steel parts. For a correct tightening, necessary for good marking, the following values must be defined: thickness of the part to be marked, smooth and flat surface, roughness and paint thickness.

Installed on a trolley, the P63 marking gun and its e10 controller become fully mobile, allowing parts to be marked directly at their location within the production workshop.
