The e-Mark EVO XL is a portable wireless dot-peen marking machine with an extra large marking window of 120 x 40 mm.

It stands out for its long battery life thanks to an integrated battery. This mobile and portable marking machine is fully autonomous thanks to its 36V battery and can be used for up to 3 hours continuously.

The e-Mark EVO XL will be delivered with two batteries and a fast charger in an appropriate storage case, allowing you to continue working with one battery while the other is charging.

With its robust design and aluminum-cast handle, the e-mark EVO XL is particularly suitable for demanding industrial environments. Thanks to its great striking force, it is especially suitable for marking heavy or bulky parts.

The e-Mark EVO XL is also distinguished by its ergonomics and ease of use, including an on-board programming interface and an industrial membrane keyboard for immediate handling.

The e-Mark EVO XL is also a compact and light gun (4.2 kg) despite its aluminum foundry structure.

The markings can be alphanumeric text, logos, 2D Datamatrix or QR Codes.

The dot-peen technology ensures reliable and unalterable marking directly in the material, thanks to a tungsten carbide stylet that produces a succession of points at a very high rate.

The Booster option is a card integrated into the e-MARK EVO XL that ensures fast, precise, and deep marking, providing excellent visibility even after painting or surface treatment.

The column base option transforms the portable marking gun into a stable, stationary workstation, allowing for precise positioning and easy height adjustment depending on the part. Ideal for repetitive series or small parts, it offers stability, quality, and consistency in marking, while retaining the versatility of the e-MARK EVO XL.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The e-Mark EVO XL has three interchangeable support surfaces available as an option : one with a non-slip surface, one that is smaller and adjustable, and one that is magnetic. They can be quickly exchanged without tools, allowing immediate adaptation to any part geometry, whether large, cylindrical, or with small surfaces.
