Handheld dot peen marking machine e-MARK EVO

The E-MARK EVO is an all-in-one, wireless portable dot peen marking machine capable of marking all types of materials, from plastic to hardened steel with a hardness of up to 62 HRC.

The E-MARK EVO marking gun features a 36 V Li-ion battery offering up to 3 hours of runtime. It comes with two batteries, a carrying case, and a fast charger for continuous operation.

This portable marking machine features three interchangeable contact faces, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of industrial environments.

Thanks to its dot peen marking technology and tungsten carbide stylus, it delivers durable, permanent marking of text, logos, and 2D DataMatrix codes. In addition, the optional booster enables deeper marking for improved readability after painting or surface treatment.

The Booster option is a card integrated into the e-MARK EVO that ensures fast, precise, and deep marking, providing excellent visibility even after painting or surface treatment.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The column base transforms the portable marking machine into a stable, stationary workstation, allowing for precise positioning and easy height adjustment depending on the part. Ideal for repetitive series or small parts, it offers stability, quality, and consistency in marking while retaining the versatility of the e-MARK EVO.

The e-MARK EVO has three interchangeable support faces: one with a non-slip surface, one reduced and adjustable, and one magnetized. Their quick and tool-free exchange allows immediate adaptation to any geometry of parts, whether they are large, cylindrical, or have small surfaces.
