The I 124S is a scribe marking machine that can be easily integrated into a production line. It differs from the I 63S by its large marking window (120 x 60 mm).

Scribe marking is a quieter marking technology than dot peen marking. The powerful E10R I 124S is therefore ideal for deep scribing on all types of materials.

The I 124S’s robust mechanical structure is protected against splashes by stainless steel bellows and a fully enclosed housing. This scribe marking machine can therefore be integrated into demanding industrial environments and operate at high production rates.

The powerful, versatile E10 controller can be equipped with optional communication boards, including Profinet, Profibus, and EtherNet/IP, as well as axis control boards for linear or rotary movement.

The E10R variant is ideal for integrable marking systems thanks to its compact size and vertical mounting design, which allow it to be installed in a standard electrical cabinet.

Easy to integrate and program, the system is simple to use and has low operating costs, as it requires no maintenance or consumables. This scribe marking machine is therefore well suited to industrial production lines.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The reinforced column base can be used for systems with special marking windows. It is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized parts, in cases where integration on a production line is not necessary.

The e10 R controller allows ultra-fast startup and navigation thanks to a latest generation microcontroller. The e10 R has the same features as the e10, but it also allows direct integration on a chassis or in a vertical position. Thanks to an option, it can be integrated directly into a control cabinet (DIN rail mounting kit).

The maintenance kit is an essential accessory to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the machine. It includes all the consumables and parts needed to perform maintenance operations in complete autonomy, without having to call a technician.

The WINSIC PC software allows you to control the marking machine directly from a computer. It offers an intuitive interface to easily create and manage branding files, including a built-in logo creation utility. It also allows the connection to external databases to automate the import of marking data, and offers the possibility to insert background images in order to facilitate the positioning and layout of the contents to be marked.
