Position, presence, or safety sensors can be added to the FIT Laser to enhance automation and process precision. They detect correct part positioning, ensure marking area safety, or synchronize laser triggering. These sensors strengthen system reliability and repeatability.

This enclosure protects the FIT Laser controller from extreme environmental conditions (heat, oil, dust). Its integrated air conditioning system maintains a stable temperature, ensuring the reliability and longevity of electronic components. Ideal for harsh industrial environments, it preserves system performance.

The code reader provides immediate verification of 1D and 2D codes produced by the FIT Laser. Whether integrated into the marking head or externally on the production line, it ensures reliable code reading for traceability. Connected to the controller, it allows automatic and rapid validation.

The Fieldbus card enables seamless integration of the FIT Laser into automated environments via Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or Profibus. It allows centralized control of the laser and multiple accessories, such as position sensors, fume extractors, or 2D code readers. This card optimizes connectivity, reduces wiring, and facilitates rapid integration into complex industrial systems.

The flowmeter monitors the airflow used to extract fumes and dust during laser marking. It ensures optimal system performance by detecting any drop or variation in flow, preventing marking defects and ensuring process safety. Easily integrated with the FIT Laser, it can be linked to an alert or automatic shutdown system when critical thresholds are reached.
