The TAGMARK LASER is a fully automated laser marking station that manages both the feeding and marking of plates on a single workstation that is safe and synchronized with your data.
Plate marking is performed automatically in batches, without requiring an operator to be present.
The TAGMARK LASER can be equipped with lasers offering different power ratings to achieve deeper marking or higher production rates. SIC MARKING’s ytterbium-doped fiber laser uses next-generation technology to deliver high-quality marking without damaging the part, while reducing cycle times.
After marking, the plates are discharged into a collection tray or, optionally, through a gravity-fed plate stacking system. Individual plates can also be marked on request.
Direct loading into the marking enclosure also allows plates in different sizes from those specified for the loading area to be marked.
The new SFA (SIC FACTORY AUTOMATION) control software adapts to your data management system, automating data entry and providing an optimized, configurable, and user-friendly HMI. The TAGMARK LASER is therefore an automated laser marking station designed to meet industrial production needs.
