The e-SMART is an all-in-one electromagnetic dot peen marking machine that can be integrated into a production line.

The e-SMART dot peen marking machine is designed for easy integration into industrial environments, with its electronic controller built directly into the marking head. It can be installed on a production line, in a robotic cell, or in a CNC machine.

Its robust cast aluminum structure is protected by leather bellows designed to withstand splashes and metal particles.

It delivers fast, permanent marking on all types of materials, from plastic to hardened steel with a hardness of up to 62 HRC. Easy to use, it can mark parts with various shapes and surface finishes.

The e-SMART offers an optional battery for fully autonomous operation. An adapter plate allows any type of tool holder to be fitted, enabling the machine to be stored in the tool magazine of a CNC machining center.

The e-SMART can mark alphanumeric text, logos, 2D DataMatrix codes, and QR codes. Dot peen marking technology delivers reliable, permanent marks directly on the material using a tungsten carbide stylus that creates a series of impacts at a very high rate.

The maintenance kit is an essential accessory to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the machine. It includes all the consumables and parts needed to perform maintenance operations in complete autonomy, without having to call a technician.

The digital Z-axis allows the marking head to access hard-to-reach areas or mark a part on several levels in the same cycle. This option is available in different approach strokes: 50, 100 and 250 mm.

This button box is equipped with two push on/off buttons and a file selector. There is the possibility to select four files. It allows you to start a cycle manually.
