The I 143 is an electromagnetic dot peen marking machine that can mark all types of industrial parts thanks to its large 150 x 100 mm marking window.

This dot peen marking machine is designed for easy integration into automated production lines in industrial environments. Thanks to its precise electromagnetic control and cross table, it is also particularly well suited for high-quality 2D code marking, including DataMatrix codes and QR codes.

This integrable dot peen marking machine can be installed in any desired position on a production line. The I 143 connector can also be moved to the side face to accommodate production line constraints.

Its robust mechanical structure is protected from oil splashes and dust by a bellows, making it easier to use in industrial environments.

The I 143 can mark alphanumeric text, logos, 2D DataMatrix codes, and QR codes. Dot peen marking technology delivers reliable, permanent marks directly on the material using a tungsten carbide stylus that creates a series of impacts at a very high rate.

Electromagnetic control enables this dot peen marking machine to mark parts with a wide range of shapes and surface finishes, including flat, concave, convex, circular, raw, and machined surfaces. It only requires a power supply.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The e10 R controller allows ultra-fast startup and navigation thanks to a latest generation microcontroller. The e10 R has the same features as the e10, but it also allows direct integration on a chassis or in a vertical position. Thanks to an option, it can be integrated directly into a control cabinet (DIN rail mounting kit).

The maintenance kit is an essential accessory to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the machine. It includes all the consumables and parts needed to perform maintenance operations in complete autonomy, without having to call a technician.

Autosensing allows the machine to automatically adapt and position itself at different heights of parts. This function ensures perfect regularity of impact, regardless of the geometry of the part. It is generally associated with a third numerical axis (Z).

The digital Z-axis allows the marking head to access hard-to-reach areas or mark a part on several levels in the same cycle. This option is available in different approach strokes: 50, 100 and 250 mm.
