Deep marking dot peen machine I124D

The I 124D is a dot peen marking machine designed for easy integration into automated production lines in industrial environments.

The I 124D is one of the deepest-marking dot peen marking machines on the market. It stands out from other integrable dot peen marking machines thanks to its specialized stylus and pneumatic striker, designed for deep marking of up to 0.8 mm on standard steel.

With powerful motors and a reinforced mechanical structure, the I 124D delivers high-speed marking on all types of materials.

Using a tungsten carbide stylus that deforms the material through a series of impacts on the surface, the I 124D can engrave alphanumeric text, logos, 2D DataMatrix codes, and QR codes.

The reinforced column base can be used for systems with special marking windows. It is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized parts, in cases where integration on a production line is not necessary.

The e10 R controller allows ultra-fast startup and navigation thanks to a latest generation microcontroller. The e10 R has the same features as the e10, but it also allows direct integration on a chassis or in a vertical position. Thanks to an option, it can be integrated directly into a control cabinet (DIN rail mounting kit).
